Hi everyone !!!

I just when to Cleveland to get fingerprint for my waiver, about 12 years ago I try to cross the border illegally and I got stop for the border patrol and they fingerprint me, took Picture and send me back to Mexico the same day, next day I try it again but this time make it with no problems the all, since then I haven't come back to Mexico. I don't have any problems with the law and I had 4years old twins and a stepdaughter. This is my question , what is the chance for me to be approved??

Can I get approved even if I got stop in the border??

Anybody have the same problem??

Help please!!

I'm so stressed, I'm scare that they make me go to the sppoinment in ciudad Juarez to be denied.

You should consult with an experienced immigration attorney to determine your potential ineligibilities. It's possible you have a problem.

Hi, no one can really tell you your chances of approval. you should go over to the immigrate2us.net site where they have a lot of information on provisional waivers and others in your same spot. have you gotten a foia to see if your throwback was just a throwback or a deportation? go over to the other site where more people can give you more insight.

If they approve you for an i601 waiver i doubt you'd get denied in juarez. The #1 reason they deny the waiver is for reasonable doubt.Because they have reasonable doubt that you would get approved in Juarez. Not guaranteed but something to keep in mind.
