I-865 Only for Joint Sponsor?

My wife immigrated back in November, and we recently moved to a new address. My father, whose residence at which we were living, is a joint sponsor.

Am I obligated to fill out the I-865 because I changed addresses, or would this only be the case if my father were to move?

Thank you

Since you and your spouse moved and not your joint sponsor, you'll do this:

Spouse will file AR-11 online - find it on uscis.gov - she may get a confirmation number online, but nothing will come in the mail.

You will fill out and send in I-865 - you'll get a receipt confirming they received your I-865.

Your father will not file anything - he hasn't moved.
