For the Federal Income Tax Returns: How many past years returns are we required to include in the AOS package?

Pay stubs: I dont see them being required as income in our case meets the minimum requirement of poverty guideline. Should we still include them in AOS package. If yes, for how many past months/years?

only the last year of filing taxes is required to be sent in However it is best to sent in the last three in as you have to fill out info on the I-184 for the last three years. I am not sure about pay stubs I do not believe is require but you should send some in. Also w-2 forms and employment letter you should send in if possible. It is better to send more then what is required

If sending tax return transcripts do NOT send w2s.

I am sorry but where does it say not to send in W-2 forms if sending IRS tax transcripts?

Yes if sending tax transcript w-2 is not require however if sending photo copy of tax returns copy of W-2 are require It is under number 7 item number 14 federal tax information of the instructions for the !-184 I can not copy the info and paste it right now
