Passport photograps for IV package

I have a quick question about the Passport photographs of beneficiary required as part of the Immigrant Visa package. My understanding is that TWO passport photographs are required. I am not sure if there is any limitation on how recent the passport photographs need to be? Like they need to be take within the last month or something like that.

They have to be taken within the last six months to reflect your current appearance. Further information here;

I think you will need more then 2 passport photos for the whole process. in my wife country we have to have at least 5 one at the USCIS part. One at the NVC part, two for medical and one for interview, but then again I am not sure how the process is for Pakistan

Thanks for reminding me about photographs required for medical exam. I read that in the instructions. Although I havent come across any requirement for passport photo required for interview, but it sounds very likely that I will (given the fact that they required it for student visa application earlier).

They use the passport photo you provide at the interview as the actual photo on the greencard.
