Question about petition

My wife is a nurse and has a petition from a Nurse Placement Company when we met. 2yrs later we married and decided to finish this route because it would be the fastest if nothing stops it. Well a Nurse license from Saudi Arabia is needed and Saudi Arabia doesn't want to send it. Why? Probably cause she is a woman.

So learning our lesson we do what we should have done, Spouse Visa.

Here is the question: Can I Petition her if she has a different petition from another party? If not what do we do? Were do we start?

Not a K1.

I would start by reading the guides to get a good overview.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Yes you can have more than one petition at the same time; it is only once a visa is issued that the other petitions would go away.

Our Guides here will list what documents you need to file and where to send them to: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

What the previous poster was refering to is that your profile states you are filing for a K1 fiance visa; this is confusing and you may get wrong answers when people look at that.
