If the 751 is to be filed not more than 90 days before the expiry of the Conditional Green Card, do we count back from the date shown on the green card? In my wife's case, her GC has an expiration date of 05 Jun 2015... so then we can file for ROC on 07 Mar 2015, correct? I just want to be certain we are establishing the correct filing time-frame. Thanks in advance.

USCIS sent my wife and stepson reminder letters prior to the opening of the 90-day filing window. It would be helpful if that is now standard procedure.

YMMV,

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Yes, you are correct. Your 90 day window begins March 7th. You can put your expiration date in this calculator and it will tell you your earliest filing date > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html
