Hi guys,

Hope you don't delete my thread. I've been reading the threads and posts for quite awhile. This is my first time to create a thread.

My interview is on Friday, Jan 9th at 730 am here at the US Embassy in Manila. I dont have the form 1040 with me. What are the possibilities?

Aside from me, who amongst you has the same schedule?

07.23.2014 - I-129F Package Delivery Confirmation via fedex
07.28.2014- NOA1 received via email/text
07.29.2014- Alien Registration Number changed
08.05.2014- NOA1 received in mail
08.11.2014- NOA2 Approval via website
08.15.2014- Package sent to NVC
08.16.2014- NOA2 received in mail
08.28.2014 - NVC forwarded case to US Embassy in Manila
09.04.2014 - Embassy received case
09.09.2014 - NVC letter in mail.

july 9 2014- recieved email from nvc

july 17 2014-paid aos and iv bill

july 18 2014- recieved aos and iv bill

july 22 2014- ds260 completed

july 25 2014- send package aos and iv

july 30 2014- recieved the package

sept 22 revieved email from nvc indicate that we have a checklist on part 3..

sept23-aos checklist sent

sept 24 aos and iv scan

nov 14 case complte

nov 21 recieved email confirmation of case complte

dec 2 & 3 medical done ?

dec 3 schedule interview

reschedule the interview jan 09

visa approved and issued ??????

visa in hand jan 20 2015

mine is in jan9 too..cr1..goodluck to all of us...our case says "ready" since dec15..and it was updated yesterday :)

What are the possibilities for what?

Why don't you have the 1040 tax return? Do you have a tax transcript?

Ask your finance goes to irs website to download 1040 there and scan it to you. Without signature is accepted. I got all form tax return transcript, w2, 1040 mortageland tax return.

Hope you can do quick action now.

2014/04/19: Sent I-129F Packet.

2014/04/21: USCIS received

2014/04/23: NOA1 received

2014/10/15 : got approval (NOA2)

2014/11/12: got case number through phone to NVC

2014/11/18 : case ready in VN.

2014/11/20: submit DS 160.

2014/11/21 : pay for visa fee.

2014/11/21: account active for booking.

2015/01/14 : INTERVIEW - APPROVED

ask yer uscitizen petitioner to get into an IRS office, face to face, on Wednesday, get all of the tax-transcript printouts.

Then he/she can scan them in, email to you - you print them out, take with you to the interview.

OR he can download them, email to you, from an IRS website.

what's the real hold-up on these forms? tax-form copies are ok. I-134 with original signature is requiered, not a scan or photocopy.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thank you!! His tax lady will send it to him, he will scan it and email it to me.

study the instructions on the I-864 for assets and asset computations - as it's the same math used by a Vice-Consul in Manila for I-134 adjudication.
