If you are the USC petitioner and you earn enough income to meet the requirements for your household size plus the foreign fiance(e), then yes. Current income is the most important. Supply a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to prove your income. Manila also requires your most recent 1040 and W-2.

Gross income is all that is needed on the I-134, along with a copy of your most recent ITR and W-2.

For #11 I left both unchecked. In the space below I wrote - K-1 visa.

Hi follow up question to this please... Do i also need to print out my itr and my payslips since i am also working here in the Philippines or just my fiance's affidavit of support that i need to prepare.. Please help.. Thanks
