Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 6, 2015 and April 19, 2015*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

That is what I read today on my timeline....haha.. today is April 25.... that is funny...

There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-130 will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals.

this is what it says on my timeline....

but it wasn't always like that....3 or 4 weeks ago it said Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 28, 2015 and October XX, 2015.....

Every day that passes it gets more and more annoying...ugh...wish I could travel in time...

I feel like it's been over a month now.. we called and got told that it is a glitch and will be fixed within a month :( what does yours say? mine is;

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding, at this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information

I have the same problem. My PD is 3/27. I was able to check my case online only for 2 days, and from 4/2 I have the same message as you. Some people say it means somebody touched your case, but they just received mine. Frustrating !!!

No, it's a glitch in system... I have it from day 1 (since we got NOA1). It never worked for me... mine says

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
  • My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Because it says it doesn't recognize the number I was scared they lost our documents. We checked and Tier2 confirmed our papers are there...and this will be fixed soon... so far nothing chenged.

January 23rd NOA1. Three months. I suppose it says you should give them five months, but my timeline says call them after May 6th if we haven't heard anything. *sigh* It's good to know we can share this pain with other people. You'd think the US gov't would want to get as many married couples into the US together as possible. North Korea probably has a quicker bureaucratic system.

We're still waiting to receive NOA2 as well. We got NOA1 on 01/20.

We had no issues with checking the status with the receipt number but it just still says that the case was received.

I hope the time will just fly by and we will be all together with our other halves soon! I know how difficult this waiting is, I've tried my best to keep myself busy with work and just be patient. At the end, we will be amazingly happy to be finally reunited with the ones we love so much!

nope. nothing's changed. Just checked out status and it still says "case was received"..though we asked the uscis to expedite our case and on the uscis website it says that it was completed and my SO didn't get an email wether it was denied or approved so I'm assuming they approved the expedited request....
