Hi All- so i have been stalking but not talking.. sorry.

January filer- TO VERMONT ((MID JANUARY) all other dates are approx in line with the average..... just received physical letter of transfer to CSC yesterday, we confirmed this action last week, via the case status check online with uscis. transfer date of 8/17/2015.

Yesterday we received an email from dhs and checked case status on line which reveals the following:

New Card Is Being Produced

On August 28, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX , and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

  • 08/28/2015

    We received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, and we are working on your case. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

    Your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, was transferred to another USCIS office.

the case history says just receicved the case yesterday but on the top of "my Case Status" page and in an email from them, yesterday it says --New card on the way == which equals approval right? if so,, you are all very close behind-- good luck- keep the faith

Wow!!!! No wayyyy That's a good thing!!! You're in our time frame and you just got approved. First of all congrats! And second of all Sammy my friend you were a little wrong :)

Everyone is so happy that Sammy boy was wrong. Well actually Sammy boy is also happy to be wrong. Congratulations to the approved couple and good luck to the rest of all of us for a speedy decision

Hahaha, I remember how excited I was when the first person from Nov got approved. Also it sucks that there are Dec filers, who are still waiting and a Jan filer is approved, but hopefully soon the list with approvals will be increasing:)

Thats weird probably a mistake. I don't think you should pay that any mind. Be happy dude it looks like the approvals will be coming in soon unless Paul78 got really lucky lol.. I am pretty optimistic I filed a week earlier than Paul78 so if he got approved I think that we are next dude.

Ian and julia were the ones that got approved. Its a good sign for all of us.

For some reason my noa 1 has receipt notice of 01/16/2015, and the receipt date on the transfer notice is 1/20/15.

Yeah someone else aslo got two notices. Lol. Drinking games!!

Lets see what the next week brings for us. I really hope something comes next week. This is getting to be long weeknd for me. My wife hates me right now coz of my anxiety. Lol.

But she understands that i am a person who likes things to be perfect.

I am sure everyone will receive another notice of transfer next week. Lol
