Have you received an email or update from USCIS to say your Green Card has been shipped via USPS? I have received the welcome notice, and I see usually it is very soon after the Green Card is mailed, or even received!

Check the uscis site with the receipt number for the green card form. You will see the tracking number there when it is shipped.

I know that, but thanks. I meant has anyone else had an update about their card being shipped? The reason is the update usually comes quite soon after the welcome notice, but I havent received any update online yet, and i wanted to see if others are experiencing the same delay?

I had my EAD/AP card approved and sent to production on 12/22 and i have yet to receive a notice saying it has shipped with a tracking #. I think this week and next are just at a dead stop due to the holidays. I imagine maybe next week or for sure week after you will get a notice or have your card delivered. I am hoping that is the case for me as well..))

Got Green Card in the mail today. Although no update or tracking info on the site! A pleasant surprise! I hope all have a good weekend and get their respective cards soon!

Sometimes the sight is not updated by the person who is taking the action on your case. My husband got a surprise greencard in the mail without it ever showing approved, in production, etc. No welcome either :(

Over a year later he did get an email saying he was approved and his status changed.

I am awaiting the NOA2 right now for the K1 visa but had a question. How long did it take from your wedding to getting your work permit / approval? Just wondering....we are just starting the process but fingers crossed it is speedy like yours!

We had interview in Chicago on Dec 11th, it lasted about 10 minutes. We were told that we are approved and green card should arrived within 2-4 weeks. Since than our status online didn't change. It's says that we are still at the interview stage. No welcome letter either. It's 7 months since we filed AOS papers on May 26th. I wonder if they even work around holidays or just are passing sugar cookies.
