HOW TO GET THE PASSPORT AND IMMIGRANT DATA SHEET INSIDE VISA PACKET???

Hello.

I know this question is ask several times already but I am more curious about it.

it is easy to get the passport since it is not on the second sealed plastic.

As what I've read you can open the 2go plastic and get the passport.

My concern is the immigrant data sheet (needed to get the sticker at cfo) since it is inside the second sealed plastic together with the yellow envelope. how will I get it? is it okay to open the second sealed plastic? or just make a cut at the bottom part to get it????

inside all of this 'wrapping'

is

the visa packet itself.

you can cut through ANY and ALL plastic around it, remove what you need to remove,

but

do not cut through the paper portion of the visa packet envelope.

Scissors must use, for this plastic removal.

Have scissors? Good !

scan the immigrant data sheet, email to USCitizen Petitioner, they need all of the data there for future things.

Meaning, it is only the yellow envelope and what's inside it is important, the plastic from 2go and second plastic doesn't matter.

Hi. The Immigrant Data Summary is not needed for K1 visa holders. When I got my sticker, I only gave my passport, photocopy of my passport, photocopy of my visa, CFO Guidance and Counseling Certificate, and emigrant registration form. You can download and complete the emigrant registration form in advance or get the form there(at the entrance where you leave your ID). It is nice to complete it in advance to save time. Is the immigrant registration form the same form we submitted during the seminar? or it is another form?

I made two copies of the registration form.

sorry, I not write of anything CFO related - why are you writing of CFO-related stuff?

The Immigrant Data Summary is not needed for K1 visa holders - BUT IT IS ! It's needed by the USCitizen petitioner, as ALL of the data is needed for the AOS paperwork after marriage !

anyway - scan the Immigrant Data Summary page, email to USCitizen Petitioner, it's needed for the next step at USCIS. USCIS not need to see the page, but ALL OF THE DATA THERE is needed , to write INTO the I-485.

You are K-1, you do NOT have a immigrant data sheet. If you read the CFO website requirements they make note that requirement is only for IMMIGRANT visas.

You can open the plastic bag, you have to remove your passport.

K-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa... there is NO immigrant data sheet....

But even with USCIS and AOS, the K-1 does not have an immigrant data sheet, as they are not immigrants
