My wife and I just sent in our package that includes our cover letter, I-130, G-325A(me and hers), photos, passports, BC's, fee payment, affidavits, timemlines, and G-1145. What is the next step in this whole procedure? What forms will they tell us to fill out next? I just want to get a heads up so i can start on these forms now and turn them in when they ask for it. Any help will be appreciated!!! Thanks!

Hey guys, the Embassy in Seoul finally sent us a letter back saying out case was approved and it will be sent up to Frankfurt for it to get processed as well as her to go and do her medical. In the email that they sent to us, they were telling us that she has to go online and fill out DS-260 (Online Immigrant Visa Application), and I saw another part where it list that we have to fill out forms: I-864 I-864A I-864EZ and I-864W OR I-134. Can I just fill out the I-134 and be done with everything? Send it to my wife and be done with it? Lemme know if you went thru the same thing and what you did. Thank you very much!!

No, CR-1 spousal visas are immigrant visas, so you need the legally binding I-864.

Ok, I filled out the I-864 and sent it to my wife along with my tax papers for the last three years(just to be on the safe side)...is there anything else on my part that i need to fill out or do for her in Germany? I know she has to go to her medical exams and get that paid for, she's also getting her police report from Japan and Germany, and she does need to make an appointment for her interview. Is there anything I need to specifically need to fill out for her? Thanks!!!!
