That's true for a number of states, FL included.

I believe only 4 states have no income tax. Texas and Florida are two of them.

Believe it's actually 7. Plus two that don't tax earned income but do tax passive income.

Wyoming has no state income tax and no corporate tax. My company is a Wyoming company

What is also curious about Washington is that we are getting our Axes kicked in Marijuana consumption...even though you can just walk into a store and buy it here.

"Marijuana use follows a similar pattern. Vermont takes the lead again with 13.12% using in the past month."

Sorry, I didn't want people reading this for days. I am not sure if there are complaints about Virginia. Good state to my understanding.

Got to love the Texas comment.

And Hawaii!! As much tourism as they get you would think people living there would be rich. Very interesting.

The cost of living, particularly housing, is higher than anywhere in the US. Like 50-70% higher. I recently turned down a job there for $120,000 because it just wasn't worth it. It equates to about $78,000 in Alabama.
