DS 261 NIGHTMARE

Does anyone have an idea how long the ds 261 is taking nvc to process? If so do they send you an email with an invoice when you can pay the iv bill,? and fill out ds 260?It seems like so many people are suffering and waiting just to pay the iv bill and fill form ds 260 smh!

Yesterday nice lady at NvC reviewed (submitted 15 days ago) my DS-261 by phone and said I will get my IV invoice in couple of days.

Mine took abut 6 weeks. But the AOS fee shows up in a couple hours. So you are able to pay it and print the bar code. With this one you can send the AOS and IV pack to the NVC and pay the IV fee and the DS260 later.

You dont need to wait with send out and start the 60 days till all is payed. Send it rightr after the AOS fee.

What a blessing Frips that you had the nice lady review it for u :-) @ Joni I dnt know after you finished paying for the aos you can send in the iv packet all at one time. Thank you for the info.
