I got married on my tourist visa and my visa expires on the 12/19. Because it wan't planned did have anything ready, so after going crazy and did the I-130, I131, I485 and I765. I send everything today 12/12 which is friday and they will get it monday the 12/15. Everything is so close to my date of leaving the country so im really nervous because I do not wan to became illegal. So if anyone could help me and give me any advise because they already when through this woulb be great! Thanks

hi

if you sent the aos packet, that means you will be staying in the US until you get the GC, overstay is forgiven

you won't leave until you get your i131 advance parole if you want to visit your country or stay until you get your GC.

Don't worry, you'll be fine. Since you're married to a US citizen your overstay will be forgiven. Since both of you have been together for such a long time I'm sure that you have an abundance of evidence. Your process will more than likely go smoothly. Just follow Aleful's advice; do not leave the country until you receive your AP.

And do you know how long until I will be able to work? Thanks!

You'll be able to work when your EAD is approved and mailed to you, usually within 90 days.

Thanks for your help! One last thing... Is any way to make it go faster?

You can't make it go faster, you'll just have to wait.

Generally you just have to wait. But, there is the possibility to expedite an EAD - commonly someone has a job offer already and they will suffer hardship if they lose this offer due to the inability to start working. The exact process isn't familiar to me, but most likely you will just need to wait. Fill in your timeline here and it will give up an EAD estimate that was pretty close for me.
