What happens after NOA 2?

Everyone a week ago I called USCIS and there was an agent that was very helpful. I ask about the status of the Expedite Request and she was able to put in an additional request from her end. On the 9th of December I had my first surgery and yesterday I did get this email;

I am a little confused can anyone here help me?

Next stage, once processed by NVC, is receiving a case number and the petition being forwarded to the beneficiary's embassy.

I second that. I was seriously looking into an Immigration Attorney until I was pointed to VJ by a total stranger. This site has allowed me to be able to do everything alone for free. I mean the info is free, not the process.

You can manage that in your control panel or click timeline right under your name and click edit entry. It looks like you are a expedite so I'm not sure how helpful your timeline will actually be now. Could still be of benefit.

That is good news! Next the case file will go to NVC where it will get assigned the MNL #, then it is forwarded to the embassy in Manila.

Don't bother with the K1 flow chart in the guide... IMHO it is lacking once at the visa process at the embassy.

For what to do now follow the flashing arrow below in my signature, that link has all the details for completing the process in Manila.

Lukus, you almost got it just have to select your beneficiaries country or else its defaults to Armenia.

You case has been sent to NVC for processing, mine was also sent on the 17th.

Now we have to wait for NVC to receive it and assign an MNL# case number to our file. After that they will send to US Embassy in Manila.

Start calling NVC for your case number in 2 weeks.
