POE workers are not doctors, they are not qualified to read an x-ray.

However, that doesn't mean they cannot ask for it. Bring it - she'll likely hold on to it as a souvenir. The report of the x-ray reading should be contained in the packet

I had my interview yesterday and was told to keep my X-ray on me at all times through the airport as the officer may ask for it. I would say bring it to the airport in her carry on luggage just incase.
