Never buy any tickets unless you a) have the visa in hand or b) can afford to lose money on either the flight change or missed flight in the event your visa is not granted, or if your visa is not granted in your timeframe.

but based on your NOA1, it is highly doubtful you will be approved within the time frame you mentioned. Applicants in the TSC are taking on average 6 months to get their NOA2.

I meant to get my ticket to go see my fiancée.... Of course not buying a ticket for her. We didn't even have our approval yet.

I would say the average approval timeframe for TSC filers is between 5-6 months (mine did take 6 months to the date). You might want to bring all the supporting docs that your fiancée may need for her interview with you, unless you are planning to buy a ticket to be at the interview with her.

I took a chance and bought a ticket to accompany my then-fiancee to her interview AND bought her a ticket to return to the States with me, without knowing how she would fare at the interview. It turned out that it was the wisest decision I have made in a long time. LOL. The ticket I bought for her was 4 weeks after her interview date but she got her visa 6 days after the interview. We spent the next 3 weeks hanging out to kill time. :)

I'm going to be there for her interview. I'm just surprised how ticket for Vietnam in March and April were extremely cheap.. $760 for round trip... Never seen that before.

This guy private messaged me said that he hopes for my petition fails and aslo claimed that he Knows so many Vietnamese are illegal and doesn't speak any English in Texas... While having an argument with him. I've had never thought of praying for his case to be deny. But he did. Does that tell anyone of you here something about this person????

Correct me if I'm wrong... And if I were... I'll be more than happy to apologize. He came to my thread and commented about something that he didn't even know and told me what to do when there was non of his business. I was simply just wanted to go back for another visit because we haven't got our approval yet and I wouldn't even think about getting a sticker for my fiancée right now.
