I haven't been on here in so long, this site helped me a lot with the first process now I'm back again to seek help with removal of conditions. What steps do I need to take? help I am so confused I have no idea how or where to start.

As suggested above, read the guide to learn how to prepare the ROC package. It has to be submitted within the 90 day window before the conditional GC expires (it's best to send it early in the window). You have to submit evidence that you have accumulated since your last interview about the legitimacy of your marriage.

Examples include birth certs of children from the marriage, joint taxes/property/lease/assets/insurance/bills/banks/credit cards etc. Not everything has to be joint if you can't get it that way, but you have to show comingling of finances so one bill could be in your name, the other in your spouse name showing the same address.

If you have insurance policies (life, health, etc) you either want joint policies or listed as a beneficiary for each other. Other evidence includes vacations taken together, gifts to each other, photos, affidavits, etc. These are only examples since there is a myriad of things that you can use to prove your marriage. But the first things I mentioned are the strongest forms of evidence.

In addition to the excellent examples above, construct your Wills, medical powers of attorney, HIPAA releases, and similar documents. These are great evidence for ROC, and they're even more valuable in "life."
