Consulate Review: Jamaica
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : February 8, 2013
Embassy Review : Hubby had his interview january 28th at 8 he got to the embassy 7:30am he went through security and did his finger print and handed his medical in by 8:15 he was called to a window interview was fairly easy they asked him.
1)How long have we been together?
2)How long have we known each other?
3)How many ppl was at our wedding?
4)Did anyone fly down for the wedding?
5)Who do I live with?
6)Where do I work,and my job description?
The lady that interviewed him didn\\\'t ask to see any pictures or any relationship proof, however he did get a yellow slip for my mothers marraige certificate got my moms husband to drive from trelawny to bring it to him only to find out they didn\\\'t want her most recent marriage certificate but her first marriage certificate so I had to fax a copy to him and I requested a window info appointment where they had him come back to drop off the required document, his passport and pay the dhl fee which took about a week from the interview date so now that\'s done we are waiting for the call from dhl for him to pick up his package then he will be flying out the next day if possible Even though its a long process I\\\'m happy that we will finally be together

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
