So he knew he could die from a hard struggle ... Resisted arrest anyway. So you are saying 30,000 folks would be alive today if a gun were not around .... Robin Williams never had a gun and he is still dead. If he had a gun in his house he would be way more dead than he is now . correct.

He was getting choked. And even then he didn't bunch, kick, scratch, bite, nothing.

i think it's actually called PERCEPTION.

you don't know if that man could breathe or not.

if you'd pull your head out, your PERCEPTION would change.

biology lesson for you:

The voice consists of sound made by a human being using the vocal folds for talking, reading, singing, laughing, crying, screaming etc. The human voice is specifically a part of human sound production in which the vocal folds (vocal cords) are the primary sound source. Generally speaking, the mechanism for generating the human voice can be subdivided into three parts; the lungs, the vocal folds within the larynx, and the articulators. The lung (the pump) must produce adequate airflow and air pressure to vibrate vocal folds (this air pressure is the fuel of the voice). The vocal folds (vocal cords) are a vibrating valve that chops up the airflow from the lungs into audible pulses that form the laryngeal sound source. The muscles of the larynx adjust the length and tension of the vocal folds to ‘fine tune’ pitch and tone. The articulators (the parts of the vocal tract above the larynx consisting of tongue, palate, cheek, lips, etc.) articulate and filter the sound emanating from the larynx and to some degree can interact with the laryngeal airflow to strengthen it or weaken it as a sound source.

which is clearly BS, because he was talking during and after. but, hand up has been proven to be BS too. and that hasn't stopped you from claiming it.

So talk to the medical examiner about it. Didn't know you had experience in that field.

The choke hold was released within seconds of getting him to the ground.

Apparently not soon enough.

But, but, but, wiki is the best source of information.

These things happen when you combine overzealous cops with people who resist.

Wish he would have just went with him, but I understand why he was pissed.

looks like you learned something today. no charge sir. its on the house

Not really. I have asthma. And when I'm out of breath, I could still speak, even though I couldn't breathe. So I know the feeling when you're trying to catch your last breath.
