The doctor should write the truth. A regular pregnancy on its own really isn't grounds for expedite approval (and I've even seen risky pregnancies denied). Besides a letter saying you're pregnant and when you're due, you should focus more on the financial hardship side (I'm guessing due to you being pregnant?) and submit lots of proof of that.

Yes, I thought what else can they want on letter besides doctor giving due date and that I am under his care. I will focus a lot more of financial hardship. I just hope its a miracle coming my way since my last scan date is Dec 16.

Well, if it were a risky pregnancy, then I'd say to have the doctor include that information, but if it's just a regular pregnancy, there's not much more to add besides when you're due and that he's your doctor.

Exactly, doesnt hurt to try. Now I should email all I get right? Im scare they'll re start with new scan date if I mail it.

Doesn't matter which you do. Emails can get scan dates too, you know ;)

Most likely they speed up after new year. Hurry NVC Im Dec scan date.

No Case Complete yet. Just called NVC. I saw one November scan cc, hope I am near now.

06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

I am November 7 I talked to nvc agent yesterday he said call back in week and half no one even have touched the document yet I am just praying I don't get an other check list????

Looks like you and I both have same scan date. Hopefully in next week we may see some movements, as one VJ'er with scan date of 10 nov got cc this week.

My scan date is also Nov 7th for AOS checklist and I just now saw a CC with scan date of Nov 7th in other forums and I believe it was for a checklist!!

USCIS:
Service Center : Vermont Service Centre
Consulate : New Delhi, India.
2013/12/02 : Got Married in India

2014/02/13 : Mailed I-130 application
2013/02/18 : NOA 1
2014/06/04 : Received NOA2


NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC):
2014/06/30 : National Visa Center (NVC) received approved I-130 petition from Vermont Service Centre
2014/07/10 : National Visa Center (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
2014/07/18 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/07/18 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/08/15 : Mailed AOS package (Scan date-19th August)

2014/09/04 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/09/06 : Mailed IV package (scanned into system on September 10th)

2014/09/10 : Submitted DS-260

2014/11/07: New scan date for AOS checklist

2015/01/05: Case Complete
