I-130 packet paper size

I'm putting together my I-130 packet and mailing it from Ethiopia. The USCIS site general filing tips don't specify a paper size but the NVC site tips say letter size paper for photocopies of documents. As far as I know we only have A4 paper size here. Can I submit my petition to USCIS on A4 paper?

Also, is it okay to print my photos with captions as a word doc as opposed to including actual printed photographs?

We had to print our stuff on A4 as it's also the only paper size here in Germany (I think even "invented" by Bismarck?) and neither USCIS nor the IV unit complained about it. My entire I-130 petition was on A4 paper. It looked pretty ugly paper clipping A4 to the standard US paper, but I don't think they care.

Regarding the first question, I even mixed two sizes(letter size and A4) of documents and passed with no problem.

My attorney also says it's okay, but I recommend u consolidate the size if you can, just for being less confusing:-)

Here's some other's experience:
