the I-485 part1 is asking the date of last arrival/ current USCIS status/ and when expires, I came 4 years ago with I-94W expired back then, so I would say my current USCIS status is "overstay" but what about the spot asking "expires" should I leave it blank on just put the date actually it expired??

Can you adjust status?

Please review the Form I-485 instructions, page 2, section titled, Who Is Not Eligible to Adjust Status? Is that applicable to you?

Good luck on your immigration journey.

on the I-130 question C14 is asked the I-94 arrival/departure date and the next question is asking "date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on form I-94" here the link : http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-130.pdf

.

Ok here my story...I came into the U.S. the first time on February 01-2010, while here I made some friends and decide to go and visit Domenican Republic and my departure was on april 25 2010, we stayed for a week and decide to go back to U.S. so at my arrival may 02 2010 they stamped july 31 2010 on the green paper was given to me which is the I-94w and this is the last document that shows the last time I came into U.S. and that shown the date it will expire....although till 2 mn ago I actually thought this was the I-94w(green paper) was given to me the time I was coming from italy but I guess they kept that the time I exited the U.S. to go to D.R, after July 31 2010 I overstated and I m here now.

again this form is asking the I-94 record and I have the I-94w so I was told to check this webstie : https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.htmlto print and take the I-94 informations I need....ok here is the problem if I check the I-94 record, which is suppose to be the one I need to use, it doesn't show the last time I came into U.S. it shows just that i came into U.S. on February 01 2010 and departed on April 25 2010......should I just fill those questions with this record??

please if my question it is not clean i can explain better thanks
