Hello everybody,

I have a question...

I spent 2 months and a half in the US this summer (from July to September).

During the stop at Philadelphia (I was going to LA), I had to answer questions in another room... But they finally let me enter the US.

I wanna go again in March, for my birthday, for 3 weeks or maybe a month.

And I wanna go this summer too. July to September.

Do you think it's okay ? I will travel alone.

Thank you everybody for your advices/experiences/opinions...

:)))

Assuming the VWP, going in March and in summer may be a bit much, esp if you are hoping for the full 90 days in summer.

Can you show, if asked, how you can finance these trips without working in the US?

Oh really ?

In March, I just want to stay 3 weeks or 1 month maximum, it's my birthday, so it will be a gift from my family.

About the summer, what if I buy a plane ticket for one month ? And then I can change my departure date...

If they asked, I can tell them that I have paid vacations, each month on the 3rd, I have 1000 thousand Euros from my country on my bank account.

Thanks for your answer !

You're planning to lie to them? That's never a good idea.

No, not at all...

That was just an interrogation. Because I don't know if it's possible or not.

What's your opinion about my story ? Can I go one month in March and then, three months in July ?

There's a reasonable amount of time between trips and the first one isn't unusually long.

Although you should be prepared to show proof that you'll return home and will probably be asked what sort of job has 4 months paid vacation in a year.

I think with good proof of funds like you mention, and reason you need to return home (job? enrollment in uni?), you will probably be ok, but yeah nothing is guaranteed. I'd be prepared for some questions at least.
