HELP !!! I-129F PACKAGE

DO I REALLY NEED TO SEND A COPY OF THE ENTIRE I-129F PACKAGE TO MY FIANCE IN MANILA FOR HER INTERVIEW????? if so where can i get copy of the entire I-129f package i sent to USCIS? i don't have a copy because i hired a lawyer and paid in full to file my petition because im so bz at work and lack of time ..now my fiancee got approved and i was reading online what documents to send her and the first one states (i need to send the entire I-129f package). the problem that i have is my lawyer is charging me $600 dollars to give me my copies.. i feel that my lawyer is taking advantage of me by not giving me a copy when she first sent it out back in Nov. 29 2013, she waited till we got approve so she can charge me a fee for my copies..this is the first time i work with a lawyer so i feel like she is trying to get as much money from me as possible ...she has me by my balls and i hate the feeling of that !! i really don't want to pay her for my copies ..

You are filing for K1 fiancé visa?

if so, no need to send the entire copy of I129f package, the US embassy (manila) has it.. I had an interview earlier and I saw the entire package (I129f) that my fiancé sent to USCIS.

Just send your Affidavit of support (signed and dated), supporting documents like Form 1040 and W2 (2013 only) and certificate of employment, the letter of intent (signed and dated) and other stuff that can be use as a proof of ongoing relationship.

I am the beneficiary...

They did not ask me for another copy of I-129F. The consul officer have a copy of the entire package....

You do not need to send a copy of the I-129F petition. They do not ask for it.

*Who is the petitioner?

*How old is he?

*What does he do?

*Is he married before?

*Why his past marriage didn't work out?

*Does he has a child?

*How did you met him?

*What are your plans once you arrived to US?

*How many times he visited you? When?

It's all about you and your fiancé.

To keep a copy of the full package is so that once you get to the interview stage you can review what wAs sent and remind yourself. The embassy should have a full copy of your package.

She didn't asked me for chat logs or phone records (my Fiance already included it on our I129f package (its just like a ream of bond paper, hahahah) - I told you, I actually saw the package that my fiancé sent to USCIS....

The consul asked to see our pictures together.. I did a scrapbook just to be presentable..

Yes.. the Filipino consul asked for Affidavit of Support, Form 1040 & W2 (year 2013 only) and certificate of employment (if you only have) ..
