Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your input

I'm filing for a k-1 visa for my filipina fiance, we are trying to fill out her DS-160 online.

So she's been to the US before. She worked as domestic help for a Saudi woman, that woman brought her to the US when she had a medical procedure. My fiance spent the entire trip caring for her boss at the hospital. The problem is this was 5+ years ago and she doesn't know what visa type she had or even the dates. What should we put on the DS-160?

Also, my fiance doesn't want to put down her current employer since she's only been there a month. Is her new current employment important? It's not listed on het G-325 I filled out.

Thanks

With all questions, answer honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Fiance will have a visa in her passport from before, even if she renewed her passport DFA returns the old passport.

Why does it matter that she's only been at her job for a month? It is her current employer and she should be honest and list it. Do not hide things. You've come too far. Just answer completely as best u can. Best of luck!

Always, always, always, always, always, did I say always? Tell the truth. The issuance of a visa for you and for anyone else applying, his based solely on truthfulness. You will not get away with it if you lie. The consular's are very intelligent and have been trained to spot and uncover untruthful statements. I personally witness it when waiting for my wife to complete her interview. Two windows down, I followed the line of questioning from the consular and she was able to discover that the woman in front of her did not deserve a visa for herself and for the (sister's) child as her sister was perpetrating that her daughter was her sister's and they were trying to run a scam to get the two a visa. She and the young child, probably will never get a chance again to apply for a visa for the USA. VISA DENIED!!

Thanks everyone for your input. I thought it was best to list everything as truthfully as possible no matter if we remember everything or nor or if it seems insignificant or not, but my fiance doesn't seem to feel the same way.

Hank, unfortunately my fiance doesn't have her old, old passport with the visa stamps in it. Any suggestions?

Best suggestion I have is to list/mention the visa in the DS-160 somehow, trust me it is in the computer at the embassy. ;)
