what's the difference between the California service center, Vermont service center, Texas Service Center, Chicago lock box, Arizona lock box? When u read the I-130 instructions, it says to send my info to the chicago lock box. When I read peoples profiles here it says the service centers. I'm confused

Service centers process your petition while Lock Boxes is where you send them...

Follow the instructions on the I-130 as to which lock box you will be sending (as you stated Chicago) and then it's up to them (lock box) which service center they will forward your petition. :)

I'm not so sure.. I know that the service center sends you the NOA1. The lockbox, I think they do but only if they need more proof or additional documenets. My friend forgot to add her Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage and she received a letter saying she needs to prove her marriage but I'm not sure if its from the lockbox tho.

Are you should it was from the lockbox and not the service center.the lockbox usually just decides where to send petitions and service center actually process them and sends rfe if needed

Thanks for answers!! .......We already sent them a letter 1 or 2 months ago, but nothing happened. ,,,,,our problem is that we are trying to reach them to tell that we paid and have all evidence from the bank. My documents are returned back to me by reason of not paying. A month ago we got back by regular mail again my documents with text that USCIS can not help us, we need to write a letter to loсkbox. ....So I'm trying to find a similar situation and find more information. Thanks again to answers! .

Thanks again a lot!! Your advice helped! I came to this page http://www.uscis.gov...ment-production and found the address LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov and i got answer from this e-mail address.

...They found our checks, we paid, for me and my son, they applied both checks to for my son and rejected my, they created a double case for my son, they answered they can do withdraw. And last week we sent them a letter asking to do withdraw and if it possible apply it to my documents.
