i am married an US citizen and green card holder. Now we are working on paper work for my kids (14 and 18 years old) for come to USA. How my husband (US citizen) to adopt my kids?

Yes your husband can file for your kids as his step children once you married him before your kids turned 18 (which appears to be the case here). i suggest its easier to adopt once they are in USA.

To get them in the USA, file 2 I-130s (the husband does this) this week or next, chasing CR-2 visa for the kids

It's fairly easy. I suggest you wait 6 month after their arrival so you don't have to do a homestudy. They will need their birth certificates for sure and some papers proving that their biological father has no parental rights and/or does not object to the adoption. They also wanted my greencard, my husband's ID, our marriage certificate and some proof that the children live with the adoptive father.
