Can foreign spouse move countries during CR-1 Process?

My husband and I live in Namibia and applied for the I-130 from here, we were approved at USCIS and we are now awaiting contact from NVC. I am moving back to the states in June and he was to follow in August, but an opportunity just came up for him to live/work in the Seychelles on contract with his current company, and we would therefore delay the process by a few months so he can live there for a year (from January 2015 onward).

My question is, what would moving to another country after USCIS approval of the I-130 entail? Would we have to submit a whole new application or can we continue with NVC and just change the current residence? Will this create problems? Any advice appreciated.

Keep I 130 alive by contacting them to let it stay active but

on pause by annual contact also remember filing from outside

you will be required to show US domicile, a lease of letter where

you'll live , active bank acct, drivers license and solid job or job

Won't be a problem if you follow Jawaree's advice Just be sure to provide NVC with both of your current addresses (petitioner's and beneficiary's) at all times

I'm not so concerned with putting the process on pause or proving domicile. My question is pertaining to whether or not it will be an issue if he moves to another country after our I-130 has already been approved from this country. Would we just continue as normal with the NVC process?

Moving to another country after submitting the I-130 is not an issue.
