Anybody know how I can file a formal complaint? I think it is not only unfair but disguting how someone who has been waiting 2 months gets approved. Meanwhile me and other people who are nearing the 6 month wait and many even longer have yet to hear a word. What kind of disorder is that.. I would honestly like to be able to complain and be heard. I find it wrong that me and many other have been waiting for longer and they go and pick up someones case who has been waiting a month or two and are not Philipino or expedited the case. It is not okay, we put too much swet, tears and money into this for them to be so careless.

There is nothing you can do. They pull random documents. All you can do is sit and wait.....Im sorry and I know exactly what you are going through. I been there and done that. But this is a waiting game through out it all.

You also do not know the backstories of those who are approved quickly. Every case is different, and it is really easy (especially on here) to get all butthurt about other peoples' petitions being approved before yours (been there), but if you dwell on it, you are only going to make yourself more miserable.

Your best bet would be to use your waiting time constructively and do your research and prepare for the coming steps in your journey. You are at month 5, and I know it is most frustrating when you are nearing the end of a wait...but hang in there - you are almost there. And then you have the NVC waits. Find ways to empower yourself with knowledge. There is a ton of it here on VJ. Good luck on your journey!

If nobody complains, nothing will ever change. I agree with you OP, it isn't fair. Good luck whatever you decide, and I hope the rest of the process goes quickly for you.
