Alright guys, well last week I got touched on a saturday and i can see that this is possible because i know that some USCIS centers are open on saturdays since biometrics are done on saturdays.

Now today, i got touched on a sunday at 9:30pm ( at 7:30pm i had not been touched yet). how could that be, is USCIS really working on a sunday and in the evening??(i am kidding here).

I am a computer science major and i have been trying to think this through and see what's going on and here is what i came up with:

1-they really are working on sunday this late

2-they have an automated system that they submit their entries to and this system updates the entries on the website.

does anyone has any knowledge to share???

best guess? either the computer is set to update automatically or they hire data processers to imput on nights and week-ends. Seems a lto of email and touches come after hours.

ohh i am enjoying it that's for sure. I was just curious and wondering about it.

as far as i am concerned, they can touch me any day and any time their heart desires, and i sure won't mind it at all. lol

My daughters AOS was also touched today....Sunday. (mine hasn't been touched since 11/17....and my son's last AOS touch was 1/24.)

married Dec '03 in US

Feb 04...... I 130 filed......................approved August 04

I have a plan.

if someone lives near a district service center, maybe you can drive up there on a sunday night and check to see if the lights are on in the offices.

ok, i am kidding here, so don't be sending me hate messages. lol

seriously now, i think what others suggested is true that they might have touched the files before the weekend but the system updates at a later date which would make sense.
