Taking Too Long For The Oath Letter?

OK, so here's the scoop:

Had my interview, passed, but had to get a document from a courthouse for a four-year-old speeding ticket. Relevant documentation was duly acquired, and, tbf, the online status change to "Oath in scheduling queue" followed shortly thereafter. That was September 25th. The next Oath ceremony in St Louis is on October 31st, and there's no earthly reason that I shouldn't be scheduled for it (we're not talking NYC or LA where there's a bazillion applications to process) yet no letter. Starting to get a little twitchy and recall the (multiple) horror stories of missed interviews due to no letters being received.

So, to the nuts and bolts of who to talk to if it hasn't arrived by the end of this week (which is plenty long enough). Is the guy/gal that I call at USCIS going to give me the "yeah, you have to wait 45 days before we can do anything" BS, even though I know (well, with a 99.9% degree of certainty anyway) that I'll be down for the 31st? Do I have to go through this whole "tier 2 officer" #######?

Damn, I'll be glad when I don't have to deal with them ever again!!!!!!!!

Hey--

I woke up this morning wondering about you. And here you are. That sucks that you even had to produce that ticket. The instructions say you don't if fine less than $400 and no drug or alcohol involved. The person who would answer the general USCIS line will be worthless. Maybe an infopass appointment??

Or mail them a letter to get straight to the office. Address on this page https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.detail&office=STL&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO&OfficeLocator.statecode=MO

There's also some phone numbers that probably don't have a real person who answers, but try them. And that's about all I have to offer. Good luck.
