Business Visa - US Domestic Travel

Hi Everyone! Got a quick question:

My wife's sister is coming to US for business in a month. She will be in Florida for a few days on business and then wants to travel to LA to see my wife.

I am assuming she is getting some sort of a Business Visa in Russia. If that's the case, is she able to move freely within United States? I am still getting more information, but my wife is saying something about not being allowed to travel between cities within the continental United States. Can someone shed some light on this for me please?

Thank you!

I know in Russia you had internal passports that limited your travel.

US limits your duration and activities, B1 for Business, B2 for Tourism, usually issued as a combo.

So you are saying if she gets both B1/B2, she is able to travel within United States?

Yes, there are no visas that limit where you can go in the US.

Prevet, I have never seen a business or tourist visa that limits a person to a particular city. Might be, I've just never seen one. There "should (I'm not an attorney) be an issue of flying from Florida to LA, especially if she returns to Florida for her return trip. The important issue of course is to no overstay the visa. Ochin preatna and very best to you!

Combo seems to be normal.Just thought there is a Border Crossing Card issued to Mexicans that is supposedly limited.
