I applied april of 21 2014. Still waiting for the approval. Should I involve my lawyer at this point? IO did not give me real reason for not making decision on spot.

I mean the state sanator.

I applied in feb 2014 , interview in aug 2014 , more than two months after my interview and still no decision , I called my senate and still waiting on my senators , how long it was for u after u did the interview

it took me 2 months after my first interview then after the second interview it took about 33 days for an approval.

yes get your senator involve so they can help expedite your process. i was reading something here back in 2012 there was someone that applied for n400 with 10 past crime and still got naturalize. it took him 1 years, also my lawyer was expecting me to wait another 6 months but i gave him the news about my approval 2 weeks ago. i hope yours gets approve soon also .. good luck

it was a total of 3 months and 3 days to get a decision . its worth the wait . i know its hard to keep still with this process. it will work out.

may i ask what happen and why your n400 is taking so long ?

I donno myself, I had interview it went smooth, but after the interview she told me that the decision cannot be made as she would like to review file. I was arrested for overstay but my case was dismissed, and I attached the copy of the final order.

If I may ask what did they ask u in second interview?
