Where to do the Medical Exam in Canada (split from Medical exam USA or Canada)

when i look on list for mi they tell me mi list i dont see one for Canada my husband is Canadian im the one sponsor him .... Im confused on where to do his medical examnation............................ after reading this post area ........... I thought he does it in America ............. we are 20 miles from one another so confusing how to do this he can come over here too

I wish we could do our stuff in the states when we're close to the border if in Ontario, his best bet is to go to one of the 3 doctors in the Toronto area... and then the interview will be in Montreal....
