Confused about what? it says what the letter is.

Your spouse should arrive at the Embassy about 4am in the morning for her interview. The earlier the better because it is first come - first serve and everyone scheduled that day will be there around 4 am.

She/he needs to get physical before interview at St Lukes. You should get that done as soon as possible and bring document stating interview date to St Lukes will do physical. Reason; In the event that they need to to more than X-rays for TB.

Is it possible to complete medical exam before you receive confirmation from NVC about your case has been completed or not??? Because your date says that you have completed your medical examination prior to the receipt from NVC.

I have already arranged the Police clearance certificate. But I thought I need to wait for medical examination, since I have not receive the letter from NVC.

I am also worried about case complete status because I have received the mail saying 60 days on 8th of august but soon it is going to be 60 days and still I don't have any confirmation regarding case complete status from NVC.
