Possible I-129F Package problem

Ok, so my fiancé I have been trying to get the I-129F package compiled for a couple months now. I finally sent over all my documents to him (I’m the beneficiary) so he could send off the package. Unfortunately we ran into a few problems with getting his birth certificates form his parents. Time has lapsed since I sent him the forms and evidence, so all the documents have the date of 09.01.2014, which is over a month ago. So my picture was taken more than 30 days ago as well (uscis have no way of knowing that though).

So my question is, is it worth me sending him new docs with a more recent date, or is this not an issue?

Thanks for any help.

It shouldn't be an issue.

I sent in forms that were dated a few weeks earlier than they were sent. As long as you provide up to date information and you used the current versions of the forms, you should be okay.

Also, if he is having trouble getting his birth certificate, if he has a passport he can send in scans of all of his passport pages for his proof of citizenship.

The date on the forms doesn't matter as long as everything on the form is correct on the day you submit it. They're not going to notice if the pictures are more than 30 days so don't worry about those either. Only some forms will be time sensitive like when you have to submit an I-864 later on which is valid for one year for example.

This does not constitute legal advice.

That's good then. I thought wi wouldn't be an issue but for some reason I had in my head that everything had to be within 30 days of filing.

Thank you, would've been so annoyed if I had to send him everything again!

Thank you.

All the info will be correct on the day he sends it off. Thank you ?
