What i told them is to print this email then bring it to the NBI main office. The guy in the USEM first said that they will contact the NBI about this matter but then he changed it and said he will just email the petitioner (which is me) with the instructions.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

Yes print out that email, take it to NBI, they will proceed from there and NBI will forward the letter of explanation to USEM.

All case files go through an AP process so your mother being in AP could mean nothing out of normal.

There is a department within NBI that answers the 221(g)'s. Yes Friday is the normal day that documents are returned back to USEM. AND YES, you will need more patience. The visa process is not a race it's a marathon. In due time your status will change and soon your visa will be in hand. PATIENCES.

Yes that's true, NBI submit only every Friday. My status went to Ready Yesterday then back again to AP today!

Your getting close to your visa issuance. Continue to have patience, your almost there.
