since your married you can file 1-130 cr-1 you pay a fee, get all the documents together copies to send along with the 1-130 an the fee, read some guides to bring spouse to the u.s.

Welcome! You will need to complete form I-130. There is a guide and several form threads to help with the process. Current processing times with USCIS for the petition approval is ranging from 5 to 8 months.
