Hey folks...its only a second day of scheduling today. So NVC is obviously starting from Feb itself as its been left in last month. So its a starting thats why they are telling that scheduling for Feb is going on. Lets wait for few days n then picture will get clear.

Agree to Phillip,its not at all 0 day movement bcz Oct VB cutoff is 1 Feb. M still positive for much movement. Good luck to all of us.

My PD is march 5th 2013. Should i have my mother call?

You should have receive letter by now or on monday if cuttoff date is 8 march.

I have been similar situation of waiting game when i was petitioned for F1. Now after getting married i have filled for my wife under F2A(Feb 2014) .

Some time NVC schedules late interview.Generally with forwad movement after retrogession it would be consistant 3 weeks to 6 weeks movement i have seen in last 3 year.New quota of visa starts in october so its unlikely to get used up so no way there will be no movement.

Be patient my inner hunch says it will be 1st march or 8 march.

If your PD is 5th march definatly ask your mum to call ..if Cuttoff date will be 8 march you would be or need to wait 1 more month.Anybody PD in Feb and havent received letter than its concern.....

My Pd is 14 August... I feel so frustrated because I went through the whole visa process, had my interview and was put under AP because of AOS, It was so hard to find a joint sponsor willing to share his financial information to help me and when i finally found and sent the docs to them I was hit by retrogression... My status has been showing "ready"at ceac since june 1st. I'm tired of waiting, but besides that what I worry the most is that this person that is my joint sponsor said that he won't help me again if i need to send new AOS docs, so I'm praying that my PD becomes current before April 2015 visa bulletin or I'll have trouble findind another joint sponsor. I pray everyday for fast movement on visa bulletin. Sorry, I had to take this off my chest and no one really understands me, only you guys who are going trough this nighmare of waiting.

I really hope my Pd becomes current before April or I'll probably never make it to the USA. :(

Completely understand and very frustrated about this broken immigration system , i see no point why they are moving things steadily as there are not that many earlier 2013 filers left , at leash move back to where it was before retro which is 08 Sept 13 but really instead it's moving steadily , i do hope it will move faster than this , i'll not make it into college this year which mean i'll have to waste a full year and there are tons of people facing many other problems. we paid the full fee just the same as USC's spouse..childs...and we have to wait for visa numbers , it's just ridiculous.

I guess since June 1st, your CEAC status was changed from AP to READY. Which means your last case status update was June1st. Did you notice any change in the staus updated date?

The reason I am asking is because I had the exact same case as you. I had my interview in May and was caught up by Retrogression. However since June 1st my CEAC status updated date changed on June 11th and did not change again until Sept 22nd. I have no idea what that means! May be someone just looked up my file or added something, god knows.

The reason I am asking is because I had the exact same case as you. I had my interview in May and was caught up by Retrogression. However since June 1st my CEAC status updated date changed on June 11th and did not change again until Sept 22nd. I have no idea what that means! May be someone just looked up my file or added something, god knows.

No, sorry, I meant since June 1st it's been showing "ready"but every once in a while they check on my case, every 10 days or so. last check was on sep 25th...

I think they check on the case just to show us they haven't forgotten about it... god knows! :( have they given u your passaport back? They still have mine but i don't really wanna ask them to send me, every little thing it's a pice of hope!

I TOTALLY agree with you... what they are doing to us is ridiculous, they should at least move it faster now, there's no reason for such delay since the new visa quota is now available. I'm sorry for you not getting into college, I think all of us have plans that we will have to postpone because of this... :/
