HI AM NEW AT VJ . JUST RECEIVED A CHECKLIST FROM NVC TO SUBMIT ORIGINAL BIRTH AND MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE I DO WANT TO KNOW THAT DO I NEED TO TRANSLATE MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS IT IS IN PUNJABI

yep you need translation.. We had to translate all the docx in english and we submitted original in native language and translated one.

Hi Kamal. I had my birth certificate in punjabi too. But my dad had it translated to English. You can have it translated from the Tehsil of your city. I'd sent the notarized copies of both birth and marriage certificates. Hope this info helps.
