Letter of Intent

How picky are they about names?

On the letter of intent at the very top right corner where I put my name and address I only put my first and last...

but when I put "I first, middle, last name, do hereby".... etc

They're the exact same names, but I just forgot to put my middle name on the address part.... Will that be a big issue?

Also,

to confirm the address it's this right? (not mine obviously)

I only used first and last names on our letters of intent. The addresses are not important, only a formality. All they want to see is a signed statement from you and your fiancé that you intend to marry.

Why put Vermont Service Center on a letter of intent along with an address for the Dallas Lockbox intake facility? As far as I know, the I-129F petitions are still not currently being processed there, just the CSC and TSC.

Addresses are not a requirement for the letters of intent. Put the address you send the I-129F petition to(Dallas Lockbox), OR put no addresses at all.
