Just curious. I used blue ink and I'm hoping I won't get checklisted. I have read that someone has and now I'm worried!

03/04/2014 - NOA1 hard copy06/25/2014 - NOA2 i-130 approved and sent to NVC
07/01/2014 - NOA2 hard copy07/02/2014 - NVC received
07/25/2014 - Case number assigned* (actually 07/15)
07/31/2014 - DS261 completed. Hubby's B-day!! <3
08/01/2014 - AoS fee invoiced/paid
08/04/2014 - AoS fee processed
08/05/2014 - AoS documents e-mailed
08/08/2014 - AoS "received"
09/04/2014 - DS261 reviewed and accepted
09/10/2014 - IV invoiced at 2:30am, unlocked and paid at 11:30am
09/10/2014 - Civil documents e-mailed
09/11/2014 - IV fee processed

Hetty&said were told it was signed in blue and she had to re-send with black ink and another 60 day wait for review.

02/01/2013 Received e-mail and text notification of acceptance 11/26/2013 Applied for SS#
02/04/2013 Received hard copy NOA1 (case not found in on-line system) 12/02/2013 ELIS site still states "accepted"
03/12/2013 Transferred to the local office 12/27/2013 received green card
04/10/2013 Case still not found in on-line system
04/15/2013 INFO-PASS appointment

05/01/2013 NOA2 sent petition approved

Yeah, maybe I should have phrased it to mean the signature. I didn't mean the whole form haha. We sent ours in electronically and signed in blue, everything else was typed. I'm just seeing a bunch of weird checklists over in the September filers thread.

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I do realize that this is an old thread and not meaning to hijack this thread (or anything like that) but I'm in the same position as the OP :idea: I wanted to start a poll similar to this thread/poll but stumbled across this one so there is no point in creating a new one. I would like to encourage VJers who are at the NVC stage to take part in this and share their own experiences ... VERY HELPFUL FOR OTHER MEMBERS WHO ARE AT THIS STAGE(NVC) OR/AND HAVE JUST STARTED ON THEIR VISA JOURNEY ;)
