Yes,she should provide any and all ties she has to her home country to try and prove she will return. That includes her job and finances, any property she may own, her family ties, etc.

The reason the chances of getting a visitors visa are very less is because a visitors visa needs you to prove you would be returning back to your country before the expiry of the visa.

The fact that you have a fiance in the US is a solid enough reason to prove otherwise. So once the I129f package has been sent and in processing, the chances of getting a visitors visa approved are very very less.

Applicant just have to fill up an online form, submit it, pay the $160 fee and then schedule the interview. The process is pretty straightforward.

They don't usually ask you to submit anything else during the interview. I didn't bring any documentation with me. Just the minimum - employment letter and business card. I wasn't asked for any of those.
