You show either the NVC letter OR the appointment confirmation email.... EITHER one, the same as I posted to you 3 posts back:

What should I bring to my medical examination?

  • Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail confirmation from the Visa Information and Appointment Service.
  • Appropriate medical examination fee.
  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Three color pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background(two are for the visa and one is for the medical report).

I contacted SLEC about the mis-information on their website and what the guard has been asking for, this is their reply, as you will note they state OR also in their reply:

Mr Hank,

K-Visa applicant mist present either the visa interview appointment confirmation from the US Embassy or appointment letter from the NVC (if available). We advise applicant to present a letter with their case number for counter-cheking since it will be indicated in the medical report.

Thank you.

My fiance received a letter that includes the I-129F form that I filled up with a stamp saying it's approved and it also says that it will expire on december? What does it mean? because my fiance is freaking out right now and rushing me to comee home and be with him on his interview which is not yet scheduled since there's no november dates available. Lol

Relax all is fine. As long as one is actively pursuing their visa the embassy will automatically extend the validity of the petition up to a year.

Most never receive that letter... aren't you one of the lucky one

Why do you have to wait to schedule on November? I scheduled mine yesterday and there are dates available on the last week of October.

USEM does not send a packet of any value..... it is sort of like a "welcome to the visa process" letter, then tells you EVERYTHING is done ONLINE. Most never receive that letter... you don't need, there is nothing in the letter that is needed at anytime in the process.. move on.
