I don't know about that other part showing N/A and if it changes at any point but what I did read some where that I can't recall at the moment here on VJ is that almost 99% of the time that the AOS AND IV bill changes from paid to N/A means that the case been review and completed. So is a good thing.

Hi all again,

So i called today NVC to ask about my civil docs if there are being reviewed since the Affidavit support was reviewed and accepted last Friday 22,2014 and it was only two days between them. so the rep that answered the phone, asked me what i need help with, i told her i would like to get an updated about my civil docs if they are in process of being reviewed. she said we saw that we received two packages one on July 9th and another on July 11, i told her well one for July 9th is for my Affidavit support correction, and the other one is for civil docs, then she responded please allow up to 60 days to review the packages, and i told her so they are not being reviewed said not yet and when we complete the review we will let you know. I told her i called Friday and they told me the Affidavit support is reviewed and accepted, he respond said not yet sir please allow 60 days, then with a tone i told her so why you guy send me a checklist for civil docs if my AOS docs was not review, she said hold on, they she said i am sorry sir yer your AOS docs has been reviewed and accepted and checklist if for civil docs.

some time i feel like they just read a script without even validating or checking the status of the case.

I called again today, right off the bat the lady started giving me attitude as if I am interrupting her lunch break. I explained to her i emailed the docs in mid may and june, but she keeps saying my case shows the "LOGIN(or logging?) DATE" as 6/25 and 7/10. I asked how does that make any sense and when will they be reviewed. She couldnt explain just keep repeating 60 days. I said even if it's 60 days the 6/25 should be done. She gets really annoyed then and tells me to call back next week. And of course no supervisor was around, she said she has submitted a ticket for supervisor to call back (which they never do).

Just absolutely crazy.

Can anyone else please post your email dates? 1) when you sent the email 2) when it shows as received date on your case file 3) when it was reviewed.

I am trying to figure out if everyone who shows june receive date already got reviewed, which means mine got stuck in limbo. or they are still processing june. She wont even tell me approx what date's email they are processing or the 6/25 and 7/10 emails she sees in my case are actually the email i sent in mid may/june.

I wanted to resend everything but was told by a supervisor case will not be complete if there is pending emails. So if i resend everything i will delay my own case by 2 more months (even if the emails in queue is correct). Bu if i dont resend and the emails in queue wasnt actually the files i sent in may/june, then i lose more time. Damned if you do it, damned if you dont.

Yup, some are just to lazy to check anything. They always say the "60 day" spiel first to end the call as fast as they can - cos that counts on their productivity and AHT (average handling time). I worked at a call center so I know those kind of customer service representatives.

they just go by what ever they feel like saying, I call last Wednesday to just verified they had gotten my package which I knew they did cause I got the 60 notice on 8/11 and the rep that answer sound it very annoyed and told me 30 days to review. which clearly is the wrong information... I paid no mind to that and I will go on the 60 day notice they actually send me.

I sure did hear something. As expected, I received a checklist regarding the N/A not present on Form I-864A for the "Place of Residence (if different from mailing address)". :ranting:

I'm so sorry its painful news adding another 45 days and money.

Thanks - at least it's not too far from when they received the Civil documents. So it should still be roughly the same time.
