I'm happy! But sad. Congrats on your cc. I'm October 1st as well with AOS checklist. Now I know for sure they are working on October but I'm afraid that I have another checklist.

Is there a thread for moral support?? I think I will be devastated if I get a checklist!

Congrats again!

I heard you can only get one checklist and if they are not happy they tell you to bring some evidence to the interview. Good luck though!!!

Me too.... Waiting after AOS checklist. My scan date is Nov 4th, so waiting for 60 days has been really painful... God help all of us who are waiting and comfort us... Praying for all those who are sailing in the waiting boat of NVC checklist....

October 30th email - NVC received ALL docs on October 20th (EP, one electronic package)

November 11th email - NVC received requested docs on November 7th

November 12th email - NVC acknowledges receipt of all docs on October 31st

Each email had the obligatory 60 day review clause. So it goes... <_<

Hi everybody!

Is somebody could help me? I got a checklist from NVC and we sent the documents they asked for last week and they received the file on Monday.

Do you know if they usually let people know they got the file and are gonna review it, or they don't do anything like this for a response to checklist?

Thank you for your help.

Peace everyone!

Hi Everyone,

How do you know which scan date NVC is currently taking a look at?

This 60 days is just to much

They are at the end of September. Between the 24th and 29th. Although one cc with October 1st or 2nd was posted yesterday.

Keep track using the November filers thread

No word yet! My scan date is 1st October. I really feel like I have a checklist since I haven't heard anything yet. I called the nvc yesterday and the same 60 day story.

Don't think that way... :( You are already waiting on a aos checklist right? did your Iv was fine? I honestly don't think they haven't gotten to Oct yet. I did see that cc with 10/2 but who knows how they work.... I'm also terrified of getting another checklist on the samething since I'm so confuse about the whole 13.a question but my attorney once again told me it was fixed but honestly I don't trust her anymore.. but for what I had read also no checklist for the same thing generated but all we can do is wait and see and pray for the best.

Just found out today that we got case complete on Nov. 12:

09/28/2014: last scan date (online DS-260)

(no RFE)

11/12/2014: case complete

11/13/2014: AOS payment showed as N/A in system

That was 45 days, or 44 if you count the last scan date as the next working day, Sep 29.

Yes, a checklist but technically not...I submitted my iv package in July and that was reviewed in September. The checklist I received was for the missing AOS for which I never submitted. I actually mailed it two days before I got the email from the NVC. Now I'm waiting for that to be reviewed. My petioner completed it and I mailed it. It was done before I really got into this site so I am worried that something may be wrong with it. I actually have a copy of it but I'm afraid to go through it now. Maybe I should?
