whenever you track it and it says ready, it means its already at the embassy in Warsaw.

The embassy receives the electronic file a few days/wks before the physical file. The Ready status on CEAC indicates that they had received the electronic file.

Hi, You should be able to contact the embassy now to confirm they have it.

As soon as our case changed to ready I called the consulate (Literally about 5 - 10 minutes after it went from in transit to ready) They told me that they didn't have our case information yet. I gave them a couple of days and when I called back they confirmed they had it and that they will send me the invitation letter.

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
